Silicone Release Film is in contact with pressure sensitive adhesives to keep adhesion force without contamination until it is applied to any substrate glass, film, panel in automotive, building, electronic displays.  Release force requirement varies from strong to weak along the specific applications.

Silicone Release Film : Production

  Solvent base silicone resin is applied and dried (cured) on the surface

of polyester film by roll coater.
